  3. Changes to these external services may impact functionality of the Service.


Accounts and Security

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAMPAIGNTAG AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRIOR TWELVE (12) MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS LESS.


Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including breach of these Terms, legal requirement, or non-payment, at Our discretion and without liability.
